Although you’ll see dedicated pages for Steyr and Feinwerkbau match pistol grips, I can build grips for almost all one-piece, non-electronic match pistols. This includes older platforms such as single-stroke pneumatics, CO₂ pistols, and early pre-charged models. I also work across a wide range of brands, including Pardini, Morini, Walther, and more affordable options such as Precihole or Snowpeak — provided a properly fitted, precision custom grip is what you’re after. Where required, I can work fully within ISSF rules and regulations.
There are very few specialist pistol grip makers left in the UK, so choice is limited. When fit and consistency matter, it’s worth choosing a grip you can rely on.
The Pardini P10 shown here is a good example of updating an older platform with modern handling and appearance. The brief was a natural timber with plenty of character, combined with a professional-level fit – something I deliver as standard on all my custom pistol grips. Individually pointed stippling, hand-cut borders, and a satin oil finish complement the modern geometry, bringing this 10 m match pistol fully up to date.

Having a bespoke pistol grip allows you to get the best fit possible from your Air Pistol, at one of the most crucial areas of its construction. The ability to choose the construction material gives you the freedom to choose the look of the finished item, creating a final Grip that fits you like it should and looks how you want it. A poor fitting grip can induce fatigue and inconsistencies, killing good scores on the range. Upgrading to a properly fitting item will make the world of difference to your Air Pistol.
Currently I require pistols leaving with me for all custom match grip work, although in the future I am hopeful that will not be the case for more popular Air Pistols such as select Steyr and Feinwerkbau models.
Although wait times and order queues may vary based on demand, typically once a project starts it takes 8 weeks until completion.
