All the Steyr pistols are fantastic starting places for a pistol build, whether you are shooting a single shot 10m discipline to ISSF rules with an Evo10, LP10, LP2, or LP1, or have a rapid fire model such as the LP50 or venerable LP5, a custom Steyr Match Pistol Grip fully fitted to you is the best way to bring out the maximum potential from your choice of equipment. Steyr pistols have adjustment on the action itself to allow further refinement of position and setting, giving a brilliant pairing that will serve well in a world-class competition, or on the local range.
This Evo10 build used Silver-Grey Laminate for a very classy finished product. The bespoke Grip (of course made to measure for its new owner) features an adjustable palm support and my individually pointed ground stippling with hand cut boarders, meaning the finished product feels as high quality as it looks and performs. Air Pistol shooting is seeing a slow but steady boost in popularity in recent years, with the sport spanning casual shooting, through county and inter-county competitions, all the way to national and international competitions such as the Olympics and Paralympics.

Having a bespoke grip made to measure for your Steyr Air Pistol can add more flexibility in an appropriate adjustment range for your hand size. This compliments a tailored fit and finish, allowing you to get the most from your pistol. Most pistol grips are compromised from the factory, never intended to fit as well as a shooter demands and certainly not designed to fit all, despite size brackets often being available. A custom Match pistol grip offers a huge improvement over the fit of a factory item and the freedom to chose your own style and options.
Currently I require pistols leaving with me for all custom match grip work, although in the future I am hopeful that will not be the case for more popular Air Pistols such as select Steyr and Feinwerkbau models.
Although wait times and order queues may vary based on demand, typically once a project starts it takes 8 weeks until completion.
